This is where you can find a variety of direct help and support. So whether your computer isn’t speaking to you, or you’re having difficulty setting up your emails, you should be able to find the answer here.
The Support Forums include FAQs where you will find answers to your most frequently asked questions. Also the VCO Forum where you can ask a question which you would like an answer to, share information and ideas or provide solutions for others. This is monitored daily to ensure that you get the services and support that you need.
You will also find useful documents and spreadsheets here such as IT training or IT budgetting.
Good Practice Guides and related documents are often very similar from one organisation to the other. To save you from reinventing the wheel so to speak, why not check these out and see what you may be able to adapt to suit your organisation.
